Based on a few on my favorite blogs, I have decided to dedicate Friday posts (yes, I am going to start posting again) to five things I am really loving! So, here we go!
1. Back on the Pole! After a 2 month hiatus, I got back on the pole last night. Oh, how I miss flipping upside down, dancing and sweating it out with a group of fun ladies! This is definitely going to be making a regular appearance in my work out routine again.

2. Sunsets on the water! Can anything really beat this?

3. Anything by Pitbull! Lately, he always has multiple tracks on my running play list.

4. This new to me Protein Bar by Vega Sport. My favorite…Chocolate Coconut!
5. Map My Run (I love that this app tracks my workouts on my phone!
