Breville BJE200XL Compact Juice Fountain 1.5-qt.: This is the exact juicer I own and the only one I have ever used. I had heard horror stories about the clean up after juicing and did a lot of research and found that this was super easy to clean and was good if you were going to juice daily.
Saladacco Spiral Slicer: I love my spiral slicer! This one has two settings; one for spaghetti like noodles and one for fettuccine type noodles. I use this for cucumbers and carrots to pretty up salads and for raw pasta dishes using zucchini.
Magic Bullet: You know what this is. Don’t act like you haven’t sent the info-mercial with everyone eating hummus and drinking margaritas! This was actually the first little blender I started making smoothies with and still use it when my bigger blender is being used or I don’t want to pull it out of the cabinet. The “Bullet” is super fast, small, easy to take with you, and easy to clean up.
Food Processor: This is the food processor that is in my kitchen. Cuisinart 9 cup food processor makes chopping veggies, making hummus or a homemade sauce a snap!
Mini Food Processor: I also use this processor….usually when I need to chop multiple items that eventually need to combine in the larger processor. For example, I will use this to chop nuts then add to the larger food processor that already has chopped dates, maple syrup, and cacao powder for a yummy dessert!
SUPPLEMENTS
Dr. Ohhira’s Probiotics : This is the only probiotic I use. I love that you don’t have to refrigerate it, it makes for easy travel!
Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass Tablets : This is one of my favorite supplements, these little tablets helped increase my energy. You really can’t go wrong with products by Amazing Grass.
Barlean’s Greens: I use this green powder in Smoothies as an extra serving of greens! It blends right in and doesn’t have an after taste.
Forti-Flax : Flax seed is an excellent source of Fiber and Omega 3 Fatty Acids. I throw this in smoothies and salads. You could also use it to top your yogurt or oatmeal.
