Weekend Recap

I swore I was going to post everyday…and I will, once I get the hang of this!  Anyhow, Saturday morning I was out and about early taking this handsome guy to the vet…isn’t he the cutest?

After fueling on this, I headed to Pole! And yes, I like my coffee a lil blonde.

After dancing it out, my sister-in-law hung around for lunch where we munched on salad and a hummus & veggie wrap. In the salad mix: romaine, spinach, zucchini, carrots and tomatoes topped with Annie’s Goddess dressing. This was followed by nectarines for dessert that aren’t pictured.

I didn’t have my camera available for dinner…well I did, I was just too hungry and inhaled two slices of cheese pizza.

Today, I only took a picture of dinner. I slept in far too late and got up in time for a potential adopter to come to my house and meet my foster dog at 11 am. Clearly, I needed my sleep!  I ran to Tar-jay and Costco and  spent the day studying.   I squeezed in a run later in the day…we won’t talk mileage. I haven’t taken it to the streets in many, many, years and have relied on the trusty treadmill. Well, that trusty treadmill hasn’t done me any favors as I am DYING.  After showering, I prepared a quick salad of romaine, spinach, carrots, and zucchini topped with balsamic and a Trader Joe’s veggie burger.

I have been previewing this post prior to editing and my pictures are NOT good. Forgive me…I am hoping it’s the camera and not the user.  I’ll keep posting and make a decision, I may need a new camera.
